Building products end to end, for ten years
I'm Tal Forsher, a senior full-stack engineer and security researcher. For about ten years I have built products end to end, from the first commit to the thing people actually use.
From 2016 to 2021 I ran my own practice, building web products for clients. In that period I also led the team that built the beta of Sign Now and laid its technical foundations.
At Webz.io I architected and shipped Lunar, a cyber-intelligence platform that went from a blank repository to production in about eight months and is still the company's main product.
During the war I spent eight months in IDF service, building applications on demand for whatever the unit needed next. After that I was product manager and technical lead on The Capsule, an anonymous domestic-violence reporting product for women.
The last two years I have spent on where AI agents meet real data: how they are connected, what they can reach, and what breaks when nobody is watching. That work lives in Research.
